Booking Arrangements
The Glazert Country House Hotel understands that your wedding day is the most magical day of your lives, so we feel it is essential to come and see us, have a look around and chat to one of our experienced wedding coordinators so that your wedding is personalised to your requirements.
Once you have a date in mind do not hesitate to get in contact and we will be only too happy to make a reservation, if we are available, for your wedding reception. A provisional booking can be made and held for up to fourteen days, after which, you should confirm your booking along with a non-refundable £500 deposit.
We are here every step of the way to offer practical help to guide you through the months, weeks and then days leading to your wedding. At least five weeks prior to your big day simply arrange a mutually convenient appointment with a member of our management team to discuss the finer details of your big day including drinks packages, menu choices, table plans, flower arrangements, table decorations etc. We will then detail your full wedding plans and provide an estimation of the final cost.
Once these final arrangements have been made you can begin to relax and be assured that your special day is in the capable hands of our experienced and dedicated team.
