On behalf of my father-in-law and the rest of the family can I say a huge Thank You to you and your staff for the lovley Birthday lunch which we had with you yesterday.  The staff were extremley helpful and pleasant and couldn't have done more for us, the room was ideal and the kids certainly enjoyed the freedom they had (all be it the may have been a bit too noisy - so apologies for that!!) and the food was lovley.  Thank you to you both for making the organising of the lunch so easy.

Rachel at the bar - who greeted us on arrival and the young man setting up the party on Saturday were friendly and so helpful!  The meal we had on Friday evening for 12 guests was delicious and the waiter was swift and pleasantly attentive.  The barman on the night of the party was superb - he worked so hard! and Elaine is a superstar - calm, cool and collected - what an asset to your buisness!  Thank-you so much for all your support, patience and attention to detail from the start of our plans way back in September 08, right on through to April 09 and David's 50th Birthday party!  Your attentive, professional, charm, high quality service and team really did us proud on the day and the whole family want to say thank-you.  Good luck in the future!

My husband and I would like to thank both the management and staff.  We had a most enjoyable evening and most of our guests complimented the staff on their courteous and pleasant manner.  They were quick to respond to any requests although the hotel was extremely busy in other areas.  We would have no hesitation booking this lovley venue again.  We have since eaten in the hotel and the kitchen staff are only too helpful with special requests regarding dietry requirements.  Once again thank-you to everyone involved.
